How it works

0 · Load — In Setup add the farm's Postdip + Preplag videos and the Backend URL. Sector photos live in the Drive folder and are inserted into the report by the backend.

1 - Quality (Postdip) - Watch each Postdip video (scrub / speed up) and press Good only if it has cows. Preplag has no Quality step.

2 - Windows (Postdip) - On each Postdip video set where First 15 and Last 15 start; the end auto-fills and playback is fenced to that zone. Preplag videos with the same shift use these windows automatically.

3 - Count (Postdip) - Press S per cow (each click logs a frame; Z jumps back to the last one). Drop an on-video reference point to keep your eye fixed; View sectors photo shows the farm's sector layout from Drive. For detaches pick a sector, add one or more curtains (resize from any edge/corner) to cover everything except that sector, then count its cows (S) and detaches (D) per sector — Other is counted directly too; Total = S1+S2+Other.

4 - Routines (Preplag) - Only the matching Postdip First 15 / Last 15 windows are available. Per cow, for the active routine: Q = first touch, E = last touch, then set movements +/− and press Enter to move to the next routine. F = Attach (last touch, restarts the cycle for the next cow). D = dash (skip) the active routine when a cow didn't get it — the report leaves those cells blank; you must still mark at least one routine per cow. Ctrl+Z restores the previous routine value after an accidental overwrite. Click a routine's title to re-activate it for corrections; press mark on a dashed routine to un-skip. Good/Short uses this farm's Constant Monitor thresholds.

Routine timing rules: start/end must differ from each other and from Attach; 10–15 seconds is unusually long; more than 15 seconds is rejected.
